Apparently Josh Vitters grounded into two double plays. So
       there's that.

Kane County rained out. I know, I couldn't believe it either.

From the Wire … Cubs Trade Alberto Gonzalez to Yankees for PTBNL
       or Cash
       May 9, 2013
According to a report from Andy McCullough of the Star Ledger,
the Cubs traded infielder Alberto Gonzalez to the New York
Yankees for either a player to be named later or cash. Jon
       Heyman confirmed the report.
Alberto Gonzalez signed a minor league deal with the Cubs in the
off-season that included a non-roster invite to big league camp.
Gonzalez ended up breaking camp with the team after Darwin
Barney cut his leg in Houston on the final day of the exhibition
       season.
The Cubs designated Gonzalez for assignment on April 19 when
they claimed Julio Borbon off waivers from the Rangers.
Alberto Gonzalez played in 11 games for the Cubs early in the
season and put together a .217/.269/.391 slash line with one
double, one home run and a .661 OPS. Gonzalez accepted his
assignment to Triple-A Iowa. In ten games with the I-Cubs,
Gonzalez hit .303/.395/.333/.728 with one double.
The Yankees acquired Gonzalez for shortstop depth. Gonzalez has
       been assigned to Triple-A Scranton.

Ha and Silva are doing quite well so far at AA. Silva looks
like a prototypical hacker, but Ha has apparently displayed good
patience with 13 BBs:19 Ks over 82 official ABs, and an OBP of
.408. He has also been safe stealing in 6/7 attempts. Is he a
       legitimate CF prospect?

Soler may earn a promotion to AA before long if he continues to
hit the way he has been.

Not sure if posting this is a good idea or not, but Keith Law
still sees Vogelbach as a DH only in today's chat.
       [quote]Jack (Toronto)
Keith, do you think Vogelbach's bat will continue to develop, or
will his body type hold him back?
       Klaw:
Body type absolutely limits his ceiling. DH only.

Ha has been referred to as the best defensive CF in the system.
I don't think he has been hitting well enough to be projected to
be more than a 4th or 5th outfielder. Silva is said to be one
of the best athletes in the system, and has shown some power
this year, but as you say, he is a hacker and that will probably
prevent him from being a regular in the ML. It was hoped that
he could play second base, but reports on his defense there
       haven't been encouraging.
Unless Soler begins to actually dominate Daytona, I doubt that
he will see Tennessee this year, other than perhaps a late
season move to end the season there.
