Choo with a hit. Unbelievable. If I didn't know any better,
I'd say Sveum was trying to lose. Choo was hitting .426 against
RHP coming into that AB, and the Cubs' best reliever is a lefty.

Line out for Cozart. 2 outs.
Now Votto is going to face Kevin Gregg with the game on the
       line. Hilarious.

Even the wins feel like losses

       They really do.
Carlos Marmol now leads the team with 2 wins. If you still need
proof that the pitcher win statistic is meaningless, Marmol has
more wins than Samardzija, Villanueva, and Wood.

The Cubs should have at least 5 more wins if it weren't for the
bad bullpen, bad hitting, and bad fielding.
3rd in the NL with ERA and they are still in last place. Olny
       the Cubs.

Villanueva has had leads in the 9th of all 4 of his starts and
       has 1 win.

Yeah.... nearly every team would have more wins with better
       bullpens, hitting and fielding.

Lefty-heavy lineup with Latos on the mound:
       DeJesus-Borbon (LF)-Castro-Rizzo-Schierholtz-Navarro-Valbuena
       (2B)-Ransom (3B)-Samardzija
