Hey, imagine that...with the tying runs in scoring position and
up 2-0 in the count, all a Cubs hitter can manage against
possibly the worst pitcher in baseball is a weak pop to center.

The Cubs get swept in a series where the difference in all three
games was unearned runs. I wonder how often that happens.

Having watched the Cubs for years should give you a leg up on

Interesting match-up today, Wood vs. Leake. The two of them
seemed pretty interchangeable when the Marshall trade
happened...now we can start to see if the Cubs got the right
guy.

The Cubs just picked up their 18th hit of the year with RISP.
This is also their 18th game. Not going to win often with only
one hit with RISP per game.
