Extended interview with Sullivan worries me. I'd rather not it
be him....we need someone with a better pedigree from a winning
program,i.e. McCoy,Ariens, etc

Cutler's a good QB, Campbell is anything but. Agree that Cutler
needs a good coaching staff to get his basics back in order, a
lot of throws off the back foot. Tice isn't an excuse, he just
plain and simply sucks a$$..

But a long playoff run by the Broncos would extend things,
with McCoy off limits to other teams for a while.
Thats what concerns me.

Sad but true. It sure would have been nice to take Phillips and
our hero George with Emery, ya think? Might save a step

I just ran across this curious statement a minute ago on Comcast
site
The latest candidate is Tampa Bay Buccaneers' offensive
coordinator Mike Sullivan who recently underwent a six hour
interview conducted by Emery and the Bears' brass.
You get those words? "and the Bears' brass"
I wonder if that means Phillips and George.

Keep your ears to the ground my fellow Indians. If Phillips and
George tag along with Emery tomorrow we just might have a quick
end to our HC search tomorrow. That would be sweet.

George W has been out of office for how long now and you are
still using this? LOL ;)

LOL!!! That's a good one. But if he were a Bear I'd disown
them! :)

If Phillips and George went with Emery to talk to to Sullivan
that could explain why the super long interview.
I wonder if they're going so far as to verbally work out terms
with some of these top guys already in the first interview so
that when they pull the trigger on their final choice they're
that much farther ahead in the process. That would make
sense... which is really odd for me to say after watching so
many years of total bumbling in Halas Hall.
