Somehow I don't think McCoy is gonna be our guy.
A lot people seem to be assuming that since McCoy is the hot
name and Chicago is the hot gig, it's a done deal. I don't
think that's necessarily how it's gonna play out.

None of us knows anything about anything.
It will be interresting when the pronouncement is made though.

Was everyone noticing that with the possible exception of the
Packers, every team that played this weekend had a good to great
OL?
I hope Emery was noticing that. And our new HC too.

Unsure if Clements would be great.
He has only been OC for one year and doesn't call the plays.

I'm not big on Clements at all, really.
Emery reportedly wants a dynamic, alpha leader with a
fill-the-room personality and everything I've seen of Clements
disqualifies him on those points.

Hmmm... could this mean McCoy and Emery couldn't find a fit?
Seems to me if McCoy was gonna be our guy he'd be doing a 2nd
interview with the Bears today instead of a first interview with
another team?
Chargers could be appealing to McCoy since he already has the
book on that division. Especially if he knows Peyton's not
gonna be playing for Denver anymore.

I think they Bears would prefer to do all their 1st rounds of
interviews before they start their 2nd rounds.
I'm not sure if they have interviewed Arians yet or not.

Emery and Arians were supposed to meet yesterday (Sunday).
As far as I know that happened, and as far as I know that
finishes all the 1st round interviews the Bears had scheduled.

Just say no to Clements.. McCoy would be stupid to put all his

More fuel for the rumors that Toub may be leaving...
Bears apparently asked the Browns this weekend to interview
their ST coach, but were turned down.
