And, just like that, the Bears are under the cap!

According to Lawrence Holms the Bears still are obligated $9.5m
dead cap even though it’s a retirement.

Got the bag. Guess it ain't worth more wear and tear. GL in
retirement, won't get a SB ring......
They say trouble comes in 3s. First the interception in the last
pass of the year, now Dalman tapping out. WTF is next ? :D

What I believe is the truth of the matter:

One of the thing I thought was stupid in previous regimes (since
Lovie) was that the Bears always seemed to want to make Guards
and Tackles as centers instead of a guy who has done it for most
of his career. What did Ben Johnson do as his first thing ? Sign
Drew Dalman. I think they will do it that way again......

Just what they didn't need, another hole to fill and this one is
pretty important....

It is beginning to look like the Bears will take a significant
step backwards this season.
Hopefully Johnson and Williams more time together can make the
offense more efficient earlier in the game to make up for it.
But I have my doubts.
The defense was already being made over. Now the O-line. Ouch!

As Bears fans why can't we have nice things? Like good O-lines.

At 27 you have to wonder what the heck made that decision for
him, and where was that decision before the Bears signed him
last season.
