Lawlar called up. Every article about it suggests he will play
2B, SS and 3B and get 4 starts per week rotating amongst them.
He played all 3 in the minors this year in preparation.
For the purpose of making a roster cut I am seeking a blessing
for Lawlar to get 2B and 3B added to his eligibility.

Let it play out. Once Lawler has 5 games at a position, we can
backdate and make it official. Doc, agree?

Wait a minute. Why can't you cut an OF like Marsh, move Verdugo
to OF, and put Lawler at UT instead of forcing a position
decision now

I can. I would just prefer to cut Berti. I guess it will all be
moot when Westburg comes back
Fantrax link on him says he will play all 3 positions as well.
Fantrax should make the adjustment but I’m guessing they will
ignore their writers and won’t.

Speaking of Verdugo, is anyone interested in trading a draft
swap for him?
He has done pretty well since coming off the IL.
