Shaw's bat has looked extremely slow, and statcast bears that
out. Hopefully he's still getting into baseball shape and that
HR (off a fastball) gives him confidence. Guys coming off
oblique strains usually do struggle with bat speed.

Shota is just a good pitcher. Exceptional feel for pitching.
In theory it would be Hodge-Pressley to finish, but Merryweather
has barely been used, wonder if he gets the 8th.

Nice that Hodge has pure nasty to fall back on when he gets in
trouble. Not every pitcher has that luxury.
