Veteran WR Olamide Zaccheaus is signing with the #Bears, per
source. OZ had a career-high 45 catches and three TDs last
season with Washington. Another weapon for Caleb Williams.

As part of his trade to the #Bears, G Jonah Jackson received a
one-year contract extension through 2027 and added guarantees in
’26 ($7 million fully gtd, $5.25m more for injury). He’ll get
all $17.5 million he was slated to earn this season in the deal
he signed with the #Rams. Jonah Jackson was relegated to a
backup role with the #Rams. Was able to get a fresh start with
the #Bears and a head coach in Ben Johnson who knows him well
and got an extension with significant guarantees on top. Chicago
showing its faith last season was a blip for Jackson.

From what is being reported Rams played Jackson out of position
from guard to center and that's why he got injured.

Free agent wide receiver Rondale Moore is meeting with another
NFC North team.
Moore visited the Vikings last week and NFL Media reports that
he is in Chicago to meet with the Bears on Monday.
Moore was traded from the Cardinals to the Falcons ahead of the
2024 season, but he suffered a knee injury that led to him
missing the entire season. The 2021 second-round pick had 135
catches for 1,201 yards and three touchdowns in Arizona. He also
ran 52 times for 249 yards and a score, and he saw time as a
returner in his rookie season.
The Bears added wideout Olamide Zaccheaus as a free agent last
week and have DJ Moore and Rome Odunze back from last season.

We have to get the draft right, that has been killing this team
for years. I'm glad to see that we should have one of if not the
most improved O lines in the NFL. I believe you build your team
through the draft. Poles should be pistol whipped for neglecting
the O line to this point. Then, a few people should be put in a
choke hold for 1- Hiring Shane Waldron, and 2- For letting that
POS continue after it was obvious he didn't have a clue.

We were all hopeful with the O-line going into last year too.
We 'upgraded' center with Shelton from the Rams. We hoped
Davis would bounce back from a weird 2023. And certainly
Jenkins could beat the injury bug after a couple of uneven
seasons. Jones had his issues but was actully better than most
thought - he was considered the weak link and we had the first
rounder coming into his 2nd year. Poles added the Bates from
the Bills and a couple backup types to provide depth.
This year will have to be different.

Different Coach.
For the first time in years one who looks like he has his shiit
wired with a proven track record.
You get this sense in the other front offices in the NFC NORF
... gonads are shrinking.
C'mon the motherfuucker got on board and did everything we
wanted done over the last countless decades and got it done in
weeks.
It's not even the draft yet !
