Daniel Jeremiah
@MoveTheSticks
Last year at this time, I had potential starter grades on 12
DT's. This year I have 24 of them. Ridiculous amount of depth at
the position in this draft class.

This <a
href="

/>is best case, but I think Green will be gone in the 1st and
Kaleb in the 2nd. There are also links to 5 other 1.0 mocks by
the NFL.com writers too.
Pick 10 Chicago Bears
Will Campbell
LSU · OT · Junior
Chicago lands a legitimate starting left tackle to protect Caleb
Williams and move defenders in the run game. He'll be the best
player they've had at that spot since Jimbo Covert, the sixth
overall pick of the 1983 NFL Draft.
Pick 39 Chicago Bears (via CAR)
Mike Green
Marshall · Edge · Junior (RS)
Pick 41 Chicago Bears
Donovan Jackson
Ohio State · OG · Senior
Pick 72 Chicago Bears
Kaleb Johnson
Iowa · RB · Junior

Campbell should be gone by the 10th. The Bears might want to
trade down (possibly with Dallas) and either draft Banks out of
UT if he's still there or the injured OT from OSU - Simmons.
The guard Booker makes sense as well as one of the DEs.

I love the Campbell pick but I have seen him gone early. I'd
love it if he drops to 10 but what happens if he's gone by 10?

There’s a lot of teams really desperate for tackles. Even in
the Super Bowl. I wouldn’t be surprised if at least one didn’t
trade up inside the top ten.

Not terrible, but could be a little better:

I’d be happy with that draft. It’s not an A+, but without
knowing who else was on the board at each pick, it’s not bad…

The first 2 would be golden if they are available. I have read
that trading up in the 1st round may not be as expensive because
there are no must have QBs. I would hope Ian or Jeff would
quell that inner Pace that appeared in Poles when he became
antsy about Rome. There are no players worth a trade up in this
draft outside of Carter IMO. It is very deep in OL, DT, and RB.
Perhaps a trade down with Dallas for Jeanty would garner some
extra picks and Booker.
