If you can get an elite d-lineman in R1 at 10 whether a DT or a
       DE - go for it.
I think you can probably trade down for an offensive lineman and
still get a quality guy in R1.
Amagadjie did not impress, but he's a rookie from Yale and was
injured for most of the year so he really didn't benefit from an
offseason program. The guy just seemed a step slow and really
didn't know how to use his arms - he was constantly letting
       defenders into his body.
I thought Braxton Jones has long arms - over 35". Amagadjie
       is over 36". Darnell Wright 33 3/4.
If you don't have both quick feet or long arms - you're a guard.

I thought Ford, the practice team pick-up from Green Bay, did a
decent job. I don't want to ut my eggs into that basket, but he
had nce size and filled the Billings role. Need another big man
to pkug next to Dexter that can take some rotational snaps with
       Billings.

I dunno - I wasn't really impressed with anyone on the Bears
d-line last year, including Montez Sweat. Billings may have
been the best of the bunch. I expected Dexter to take a bigger
       step his 2nd year.
And Edmunds is useless in the middle unless someone takes on a
       double team.

Sweat had a bad ankle nearly all last season and hopefully will
       be better.
Dexter from what I saw was double teamed.

       A need based draft order.
I like DE with the first pick, whether at 10 or later. Or an OT
that can play guard initially. With the second R@ pick a guard
that can play guard or center. And then a DT that can spell
       Billings and Dexter.
In the 3rd round I take the best WR with speed. Bears are
loaded with possession guys. And apparently Tyler Scott can't
play. After that we need a backup TE. Marcedes Lewis is done
       and Engram was usesless.
Obviously most of these positions will be filled with free
       agents.

I hope Johnson has some serious input with the draft picks. I
look at Dexter and Wright, both high draft picks, serviceable
seems to be about it. Roschon looked like he could play, but
this past season he didn't get that many looks. Scott's been
mentioned, invisible. That is pretty much the '23 draft. I know
it's impossible to hit on all the picks but come on...
I'm not ready to give up on Odunze, I like the punter pick.
Caleb fell in our lap, I like him, but we're still not sure if
Daniels wouldn't have been the better pick....
We have to do better with our draft picks... If you look down
through the years, the Bears have been miserable when it comes
       to drafting..

       Give up on Odunze?
He had a very good rookie year.

Dave23, isn’t you who follows college game like Ole Miss and
that division? I saw a breakdown of a quarterback named Jack
who may be as good as any prospect even in the top 10. The
analyst was saying as far as he saw last year he could do
       everything Sanders could do.

Jaxson Dart…Ole Miss QB…broke many records during his stay
       there.
Good size, and can make all the throws…bit of a gunslinger
       mentality, which I like in a QB…
