I told you guys it would be tough running inside against the
Outland Trophy winner (Sweat) and Simmons who's regarded as one
of the best DTs in the game. What made things worse is that
these guys could also pass rush.
As I said before this week the talent is on the edges and the
pressure is on Jones and Wright, but there should be more
running room this week ( I hope). You can't expect the rookie
to be productive in his first game constantly facing 2nd and
long.

There needs to be improvement up front and at least the players

I dont believe the Bears comparing CW to Josh Allen is a good
comparison.

The guy was supposed to hit the ground running. Not so much. Of
greater concern to me is the accuracy. some were high, some were
in the dirt, some came at the receiver at a 100 mph.
The excuse machine is cranking up again, the guy is supposed to
overcome that bad line. He's got a head on his shoulders and
doesn't run automatically which is paramount, hopefully the game
slows down for him.

McMahon after throwing a pick or two his first game mentioned
that he underestimated the speed of the defense.

If Caleb looks like this bad in week 4-5 then I would be
concerned. He seems to be a player that gets better as the game
goes on, so there is that. Let's see more plays executed like
the 2 pt conversion and less (or none) like the 19 yard sack he
took....

Such a weird game tonight. Until recently (Poles/Ryans), these
were two of the most fucked up organizations in the NFL.
