It seems every draft, there are players selected that shock the
experts. There could be a name in the top 10 taken that no one
is expecting. We need 4 QBs drafted before 0, and then after
that make the choice. I can't wait for the 9th pick to come
around and see where this goes.

I want either Odunze/Nabers or Dallas Turner. If any of those 3
are there at 9 I hope the Bears draft one of them. I'd rank
Nabers over Odunze slightly due to speed and level of
competition. Turner is probably my favorte player at 9.
If none of those guys are available I'd like a trade down to
snag a 2 or a 3. I like Verse but he's going to be 24. And
Latu has that injury history that is kind of scary. The WRs
from LSU and UT would be nice late first round pick ups as is
Murphy.

Probably multiple plans!
Imagine if the 4 QBs don't go prior to #9. So the Bears are
sitting at 9 and the Vikings, Broncos, Raders maybe the Saints
all start the bidding war for Maye/McCarthy. Normally you'd get
a 3 for a short trade down. But this is for a franchise QB.
And I would NOT trade with the Vikes unless they dangled their
23rd pick in the deal. Bears might have to give something back
to the Vikes because of the huge value discrpency. Imagine what
the Bears could do with 3 first rounders!

Then the only team that really has a plan is the Bears at #1 -
every one else's plan is a reaction to the teams drafting ahead
of them.
