I'm thinking if there's no trade up for McCarthy/Maye and Odunze
gets snagged that the Bears try to execute a trade down
       targetting either Murphy or Verse.
Here's my sleeper for the 3rd round: Marshawn Kneeland Western
       Michigan

One thing to consider is, so I hear, there’s expected to be slim
pickings on quarterbacks next year, only 2 first rounders.
Teams might think this is the year to get one.
I see some of the shine is coming off of MHJ. Are teams
thinking the same way is the question.

One mock I saw had Atlanta taking someone other than the Alabama
EDGE and he was there for 9. I'd love that

Kneeland could very well be there in the third round

It used to be a toss up between Malike Nabors and Odunze. After
Nabors ran that smoking 4.35 I think he's surpassed Odunze on
most boards and is now a possible challenge to MHJ. Probably
because MHJ has not run the 40 that I'm aware of. He's let his
game tape answer any concerns about his speed.
The only concern with Turner is he's kind of undersized at 6-3
247 for a 4-3 DE, so some question his ability to hold up
against the run. Otherwise he's a freak athletically. I've
seen folks question athletic but small DEs in the past and they
       were wrong.
And Bears can platoon him for a while while he grows into the
position. He just turned 21 a few months ago.

Hey if he only can rush the passer he’s still worth it in the
modern game considering how hard they are to get.
Harrison and Odunze are mature choir boys who should be easy to
coach and deal with. I don’t hear the same praises about
       Nabers.

Anyone think Keon Coleman could be a draft steal.?
He’s not fast but looks to be very talented.

DJ and Keenan are not track speed guys. Odunze isn't either.
Coleman had a horrid 4.61 40 but in that gauntlet drill at the
combine where they monitor mph. Coleman was #1 - unbelievable.
Odunze was also in the top 3 or 4.
40 times are sexy but sometimes misleading.

No. I get Kevin White vibes.

       @TomPelissero
Caleb Williams and Rome Odunze didn’t just take the same flight
to Detroit for the draft: I’m told Odunze recently caught balls
from Williams … who also was throwing with #Bears WRs Keenan
Allen and D.J. Moore. Chicago owns the Nos. 1 and 9 picks, and
       hosted Odunze on a visit.

It's almost like the Bears are just double daring the league to
trade with ATL and take Rome so they can take Turner or Murph or
Brock. I'm still hoping Rome manages to slide to 9.
