If Poles could land the top QB and WR in the same draft, and
they both work out, it would be epic. Next years #2 to get
Harrison? I think I do that.

Harbaugh would demand and probably not waiver from a 1st knowing
full well that Poles won't budge. All those crazy ass trade
scenarios I envisioned of the Bears trading down just 1 spot to
Washington would to a lesser extent kinda apply for a player
like MHJ.

Not me. He just isnt worth it. Thats a waste. This is a strong
draft for WRs. There are plenty of quality at WR that you dont
have to waste that next year deuce on Harrison

If the Bears and Poles are convinced on Harrison being the best
overall, why not trade our 1st (9th overall) in 2024, our first
in 2025, and receive a 2nd round choice back in return for 2025?
Get Harrison, and now have 3, 2nd round choices in 2025 would
not be bad position.

I don't know what the value of next year's picks are relative to
this year's. The trade up from 9 to 4 would have been worth a
2nd rounder this year.
I just hate giving up a 1st rounder in '25 especially when it
appears with the addition of Harrison the Bears will still be
needing a big time pass rusher.
The Bears bailing on Justin Fields has prevented them from
gaining so much draft capital that could have filled a lot of
holes with a trade down from #1.
But as they say 'It's all about the QB'.

What's interesting about this draft season is we could give a
good flyin fuuck about the first pick.
But the ninth pick ... :D ;D :o ??? ::)

Well, yeah, there is no one picking before the first pick. The
mystery with #9 is that the Bears have to wait and see who
becomes available.
I think Odunze has 50/50 chance of becoming a Bear. 30% chance
of a trade down. And 20% WTF.

Yeah, Windy City Gridiron has Poles trading all the way back
with the Bills.
