I found this extremely interesting. If this were to happen and
we got more draft capital. I would be extremely happy about this
       deal.
       Louisiana, November 25, 2023.
       From Pro Football Focus:
Round 1, Pick 1 (from CAR) – QB Caleb Williams, USC
This pick seems locked in, with Williams at anywhere from
-4000 to -8000 to be selected first overall. The Bears get their
       new franchise quarterback.
Round 1, Pick 11 (from ARI via MIN) – WR Brian Thomas Jr., LSU
Step 1: Draft Caleb Williams; Step 2: Surround him with the
best situation possible. Brian Thomas Jr. helps achieve the
latter for Chicago. While DJ Moore and the newly acquired Keenan
Allen are already one of the league’s best wide receiver duos,
the depth behind them is very spotty. Thomas instantly fixes
that and gives Chicago a future WR2 if they can’t come to terms
       on an extension with Allen.

Dave23, I know it all depends on how the draft unfolds, but
       what's your instinct with #9?
       Stand pat
       Trade up
       Trade down

       I don’t envy Poles the decision…
I’d love Odunze at 9, or Alt or Turner. I’d love Thomas in the
       12-15 range, same for Verse.
I’d make it clear to other teams that while I’m open to dealing
down from #9, it won’t be cheap, and I’m not dropping far. With
2 in the top 10, I’d prioritize quality over quantity…especially
given where the team is now.
       What do you think?

To be honest, I have no idea. But I'm not against the idea of
trading up to try to get whoever they think WR1 is. Could our
2025 #2 from Carolina get us into that position?
Yes, we need to fortify the defensive line, but it's all about
       making sure that Caleb succeeds.

How do you rank the WRs?
I have Nabers and Odunze pretty much equal, with Thomas not far
       behind them at all.
A lot is going to depend on if Arizona and/or NYG are willing to
trade down for some team looking for QB4 (Minnesota, Denver, Las
Vegas). Atlanta is also a wildcard at 8…everyone assumes they’ll
       go defense, but who knows?

       Harrison and Nabers
       gap
       Odunze
       gap
       Thomas
       gap
The rest (lots of gaps in there, too)

Here’s what I’m gleaning from the media.
Nabers can be a more high maintenance guy where Odunze and
       Harrison are not.
Thomas is a 3 route guy and has troubles with jamming at the
       Los.
Odunze is 70% on 50/50 balls and Nabers 46%.
