So it's agreed that it's ...
WR
DE
OT
With the ninth pick ?
And we can eliminate every other position ?

At #9, probably.

Trade down is also a distinct possibility at #9 too. I would be
stunned if the Bears went OT at 9.

This mock doesnt shock me as I expected that the Queens were
going to jump up fort a QB with Cousins gone, but it sure
probably messed us up too

If that were to happen, maybe Poles trades down or maybe takes
Bowers at 9 instead and plays him in the slot. Bowers has too
much talent

I dunno , if we got Alt it sounds like a ten year anchor at LT
giving us stability at both TACKLE positions for many moons to
come.
Especially nice for a rookie QB coming aboard.
Would Poles trade up to get a fellow OL brother like Alt if he
saw the chance to snag him ?

I just don't see Alt getting past Tennessee. They don't have a
legit LT. They have 2 quality WRs. Anything can happen and it
will but Alt at 7 looks pretty solid right now.
Figure Minnesota, Denver or LV trade up to the Chargers pick at
take a QB, then that could mean 4 QBs in R1. Denver has
NOBODY at QB. Minnesota has Sam Darnold. Raiders have Minshew.
AZ will take MHJ at 4. NYG should take Nabors or Odunze.
Alt goes at 7. Atlanta probably goes DE at 8 (Turner or
Verse).
Bears either take one of the remaining top WRs or DEs or trade
down.

We need to find a way to get Denver’s #1 next year…that’ll give
us #1 3 years in a row!

If four QBs go in the top 8, the Bears will have a chance to get
one of the following:
Harrison, Nabers, Odunze, Alt, Turner

That's easy - just let them draft Caleb Williams. Just like
Carolina drafted Bryce Young.
Of course you'll drop to 12...and Denver has no 2nd rounder.
