I'm kind of the same way, but I'm starting to come around to
trading Fields. You watch the playoffs and you see some of
the throws those QBs are making routinely and you wonder why
Fields can only do that a coupel times a game.
The bar has been set low at QB for Bears' fans.

Brothers at QB I don't know what to think.
On the one hand I have seen steady improvement of Fields.
On the other hand some QB coming out of the combine is the be
all and end all to our prayers.
I suppose we should all let the combine play itself out.
What say you ?

Here is my best guess of what is going on with Fields situation.
I think Poles already has a deal lined up with Atlanta. He is
at combine listening to offers for the #1 pick. He has not
pulled trigger on the Atlanta deal until after the combine is
over to make sure someone does not blow him away with haul for
#1 pick.
My prediction is shortly after combine is over Fields will be
traded to Atlanta. Bears will stay at #1 and either take
Williams or Maye there.
I am guessing we will get Atlanta's 2nd rounder (pick #43) this
year and some type of performance comp pick next year. i.e. if
Fields wins so many games, throws for so many yards, etc Bears
get a 3rd rounder.
Bears go hard after WR, C and DE in free agency.
