Wouldn't it be more lucrative for the McCaskeys if they build on
the land they own and easily double the sale price for the fam
when they hopefully cash out after Virginia crosses over? If
they build downtown, then it would be the same ol same ol with
the park district owning and running things. That's why I still
see DT as leverage. But the Bears seem to be in a foot race
against Reinsdorf for a clause that expires at the end of the year. I am not sure
if that option would be available for construction at AH.

Like who cares, but, not much content this time of the year.
Some of what Marshall says, I would have to agree with. Cutler
had all the tools to be a really good QB, for some reason, he
just never seemed to tap into his full potential.

Where ever they do build a stadium I hope its not on park
department land but on land they buy making it their stadium.

Whitehair provided solid depth last year with all the injuries
at the guard position - could have extended his career if he
just could have learned how to snap. But his salary was way out
of whack with now being a backup.
Jackson - different issue. He was a starter and now Bears will
be buying a FA to replace him and/or drafting one. But his
numbers were way down in every category - just not a playmaker
anymore.

I'd like to see Jenkins given first opportunity to play RG, and
move Davis to LG. Jenkins and Wright mauled on that side
together.
