I liked the one column that said the wise thing to do was for
GMs to admit that he's going to the Dodgers and move on to the
other big catches while they still have the time and money.

Ross Atkins declined to say where he is right now, but the plan
is for #BlueJays GM to be in Nashville before long for Winter
Meetings.

I would be perfectly happy if they forgot about Ohtani entirely
and immediately signed Yamamoto. If they are going to do it,
the sooner the better.

Blue, is the idea here that these are the GM's hanging with
Ohtani in California, or something? So they've all made their
pitches to Ohtani's agent, and now they'll head over to
Nashville?

There was a rumor that Ohtani was holding meetings with teams
this last weekend in LA. So that is what everyone is assuming
is happening. I think the missing GM’s confirm that something
Ohtani is happening or happened.
I don’t think anyone really has much of an idea of what is going
on or what the timeline is.

I had to search out his twitter. Nothing of interest, other
than Jed is cooking something.
Herman toeing to the Cubs to Chapman And Hoskins. Heyman
putting out rumors on Boras clients is predictable.
Levine thinks the Cubs trade for a starter and relievers.
Pushing Glasnow hard.
Morosi thinks Yamamoto and Ohtani are still possible.
