Dumped the panther qb they’d already sunk money in. Gasp. Maybe
       things are changing.5

Some will say that the Walker signing was a mistake. No -
Bagent just beat him out and surprised everyone.
The pressure now is on Fields. You know its gonna be the most
favorite player on the Bears being the backup QB.
And speaking of Fields. I saw the same crap yesterday that I
saw last season. Leaving a good pocket way too early. Deciding
to run when he could just dump it off to a back or TE.
I think he had the one downfield throw (Moore) the entire PS.

Surprised PJ Stumbler was cut. It shows a willingness to move on
from mistakes even when you've got 2 mil in sunk cost. Now watch
them put Peterman as 2nd and try to stash Bagent on the PS. One
       step forward, two steps back.....
Now if they can only magically heal the crippled offensive
       line.....

I still wonder about that. Peterson wasnt horrible this
preseason but wasnt great either. What they do with Peterman
will be an interesting watch. We should know that either today
       or tomorrow.

Since they are releasing Walker I'm thinking Peterman goes to
the PS. If Fields is out for more than 1 game they can decide
who the starter is while he's out. Bagent would not have lasted
       on the PS.
Travis Bell and Williamson - both 7th rounders should secure a
       spot on the PS too.
It will be interesting what they do with Dylan Cole. Newly
signed FA Walker and rookie Baskerville might make the team.
       Any word on Sewell's injury?
The guy who had the worst PS game was Edmunds. He only played a
bit but I wasn't impressed. I'm sure its just rust from being
       out so long.
As for being out - what is up with Nate Davis? I thought he was
just put in timeout but is he really hurt?
And does the Leatherwood release open up a spot for Kramer? I
thought he did OK - they left him 1:1 on some pass plays. He
might stick especially if Whitehair's hand is still messed up.
       Otherwise watch the waiver wire.

Yes thats normal Bears. It will be interesting if they reverse
other mistakes by Tuesday's 53man roster

I read somewhere that Borom rated as the #1 OLman this
       preseason, for what that’s worth.

So did Foreman...and of course Sewell. Eberflus is so
       tight-lipped on injuries.
Last year Patrick hurts his hand playing center - goes on IR.
This year Whitehair the same - has to move to LG. Now Kramer
injures his hand. Maybe Bears centers need to practice more
left handed snaps in practice and PS games.
