moved to the bullpen and I needed to make my roster legal.

I saw a couple notifications on Fantrax that league rules
changed...CBJ, can you confirm these?
- Players can now only be put on the IL if they're on the MLB
IL. I assume that means we'll have to post here to get
suspension and paternity leave moves made?
- Roster spots now lock individually just before each player's
game starts instead of having all roster spots lock before the
first game of the day. I like that change a lot.

Yes. I believe the suspicions will still go through. I’ll see
about the paternity list. I can change it back if it doesn’t.
Curt whines about the first game, so I went digging to see if
the roster lock could change.
