I will say when Heyward's not playing, the lineup feels
decidedly anti-awful. May be wishful thinking on my part, but
I'll enjoy the fantasy while it lasts.

Obviously it's just the Pirates, but nice pitching performance
for us today.
It'd definitely be nice if Robertson-Givens-Roberts turned into
a reliable late inning triumvirate. We might have a shot at
winning some 6 inning games if those guys pitch well. Chris
Martin also had a clean relief inning.
This actually might be a decent formula for us to luck our way
into the last wild card spot.

On that note, Wick seems to have pretty much dropped off the
face of the planet after a dodgy ST. I think he pitched 1/3 of
an inning against Milwaukee?

Yeah, Suzuki has been off to a great start. And he looks
balanced, like he knows what he's doing. Would be so helpful if
he turns out to be a solid, asset, skeleton piece.
