Even more interesting...I wonder what was the last time an
entire game of any outcome was pitched by the Cubs using nothing
but homegrown pitchers.

Unless you count Mills or Hendricks, it has to be Jeff. I doubt
Pierce Johnson ever through a complete game for the Cubs.

It is really weird that Willson has been hit by the Brewers for
25% of his career HBP. I generally not a fan of bean wars, but
if they hit him again Yelich needs to wear one.

Guessing that today’s game might end up as Brewers’ worst-played
game of the season through 162.
Although no errors charged, Brewers played a very poor defensive
game, pitchers walked guys, wild pitch, hit batters, and
offensively they did nothing against quite a few 92/93 fastballs
that caught a whole lot of the plate.
Well, it’s one game.
