Jimmer, if you have Pistol as one of your facebook friends, and
Pistol has JR, facebook will do that.... or if you both are
friends with Curt or anyone else on here.

There were no mutual facebook friends. That was the first thing
       I checked.
I wonder if some emails though in my contact file matched emails
in his. That has to be it. I'm just very curious....

I believe that Facebook allows you to use your email contacts
directory to locate friends on Facebook. I'm not aware that
       they automatically do that though.

       Where there's smoke...
print and tv and radio journalists look for controversy. It
sells and makes a name for themselves. When so many journalists
and players allude to somebody's laziness, lack of hustle and
effort, ad nauseum, there's something fueling it. I don't think
that ARam is a huge problem, but I'm surprised that HE'S
constantly surprised by this criticism. Of course, if Rami
never hears it from his skipper...

ARam doesn't come to ST in shape, which I'd expect from any
       professional athlete.
ARam improved to his defense to MLB average for a season or two,
       but has since regressed badly.
He usually doesn't start hitting until the Cubs are buried in
       the standings (see conditioning, above).
He has too many injuries and DL trips (see conditioning, above).
Brenly noted that he takes so long to throw the ball that he
       seldom starts a double play.
He doesn't run hard (to protect his out-of-shape body) or well.
I hope both ARam and his agent see this post, and take it to
       heart.
He's a valuable hitter from May on, but that's his only value to
       the team.

When he saw your post, CubSin, I heard that Aram was surprised.

And yet, despite all that, he's still the Cubs best hitter by a
       wide margin.
