I'm always highly amused when people say they want their team to
       draft BPA...until it happens.

And BPA in the late rounds is always an opinion. Hell BPA is
always an opinion no matter what round.

All we can do is take what we got and hope for the best for all
of them. You never know Poles might be a draft genius. Or he
could be a draft idiot. Only time will tell.

BPA within reason. Usually there are numerous players with
similar grades - more so when you get into the later rounds.
Then if you're like the Bears you have multiple positions of
       need.

State) in the 6th round. He's short but was an incredibly
productive player. I find it hard to believe that a guy who
didn't start is going have a greater impact than an All American
       player.

Maybe Halas Hall should watch the movie MONEYBALL.

Besides Poles knows he has a defensive minded coach who
appreciates a strong defence. And besides next year they will
have a high 1st round pick to waste on a receiver.

getting Ryan Fitzpatrick DL'ed for the year, maybe ending his

All NFL tackles give up sacks - it was one play. Leno gave up
6.5 sacks in 17 games with only 2 penalties.
He isn't a pro bowl guy but he has started in every game over
the last 6 years. He might be better than any LT on our roster
       today.
