Greg Olson also pointed out the O-line problems during the
broadcast - sounded like he's been watching Draft Dr Phil videos
too

Leno gave up a sack opening day. But Washington QBs have only
been sacked 2 more times since Fitzpatrick went out.
Why did the Bears retain Jimmy Graham?
Bears offense - predictable. Either they hand off to Montgomery
between the tackles. The line pretty much always blocks
straight ahead - no body ever pulls.
ON passes the QB drops straight back (rare roll outs or
bootlegs). And no crossing patterns. Its button hooks or outs.
I haven't seen a screen all year to MOntgomery - they saving
it? Browns ran it 2 or 3 times.
Bears got all this supposed speed in the offseason - haven't
seen it yet. If you have to bring in another tackle to pass
block do it, so you can run deeper patterns.
On defense if you can't get there with 4 you bring 5 - on
offense if you can't block with 5 bring 6.

I'd have called them turnstiles but that would be an insult to

Ok turned my back on the Bears for 24 hours as I do after bad
losses.
Like everyone else very very very disappointed in Nagy.
First of all there’s his stubborn refusal to double team Myles
Garret for the ENTIRE GAME.
What coach does that? Everyone double teams Mack right?
JP Holtz could have helped a lot.
I realize it was Fields first start but no need there really was
no need for the Ron Turner offense.
It’s not like he’s some fifth round draft pick out of
Appalachian State. He’s a smart kid who’s played on the biggest
stage.
I’m sure Fields is getting some flak but he played as well as he
could. With blanketed receivers he threw accurately to spots
where only they had a chance to get it. No interceptions is
pretty impressive.
Nagy better learn fast or they need to consider putting Pettine
as HC and let Difilippo work on Fields.

You've a got superbowl mvp on the sideline saying its not
working, I don't know how many sports shows saying you should be
fired, Olin Krutz saying give up calling plays, the new kid got
pounded to jello (who didn't see that coming) lets see how deep
you dig your heels in.

Possible word out that if the Bears lose to the Lions, there may
be a change at HC....we can only hope.....

Am I the only one that saw a QB who honed in on his primary,
threw into double coverage, held on to the ball too long and
wasn't aware of pressure?
That could be because of Nagy not giving the O-line help,
telling Fields to sit in the pocket and calling longer
developing plays as opposed to quick 2.5 second passes. I want
to see Fields play this Sunday but he deserves some of the blame
too.
