If one of the top QBs doesn’t fall to us at 20, I’m for taking
the top OT on the board...preferably one who can play left side.

Who is defending anything? When you don't have a franchise QB
and your not drafting in the top 5 or 10 your options are pretty
much limited. The only hope Bears Nation will be happy is Pace
can pull a Wilson/Watson trade out of his ass. Otherwise we can
only hope Pace can re-build the O-line and get some playmakers
on offense and defense in the draft to overcome a serviceable
QB.

After listening to quite a few analysts I can see the thinking
that Dalton is the best available.
Personally I would rather take a flyer on Winston or Darnold, at
least they have potential to improve. Maybe they’re not
available at a reasonable price either.
I can’t believe Wilson or Watson are realistically available.
You just don’t trade franchise quarterback that good and hope
you can replace him considering the bust factor.
Wilson is 32 and the great majority of quarterbacks are through
by about 35.

What's getting left out of the conversation is that Pace is the
one responsible for drafting Trubisky. That is no less than an
utter failure.. Then he wants to give up 3 first round picks?
Pace needs to be shown the door..
