Okay, it's later. I have no problem pushing off the draft
until mid March. That's when we have it normally. Keepers can
still be March 1. We can always allow owners to pull back a
non-keeper and replace a keeper as long as it's before the
draft. Once the draft starts, he's SOL. Minor league draft
will start the first week of March so it is definitely out of
the way before the main draft. If the player is good enough
like Severino, owners will be prone to keep them anyhow and ga
mble that ehy won't be out long.
