46K/9BB/30IP this year (not sure how updated those stats
are....) That's pretty K-ish!
Pitched cape Cod league last summer, kind of a Maples there,
more walks than innings.

It's Clarke the Cub in the fourth round. Cubs take 6-foot-7
righty Chris Clarke out of USC. Another reliever. In 27 games
for USC this year, he had a 1.03 ERA with 60 K vs. 18 BB in 52.1
IP.

Another Tommy John guy too. 92-95 mph fastball with a 70 grade
curve according to BA.

Burgmann is yet another guy who's had Tommy John.
Through his first 14 starts and 79 innings, Burgmann
posted a 3.99 ERA, but the major improvement was the fact that
he was striking out a career-best 11.5 batters per nine while
walking just 2.5 per nine. Scouts praise his strike-throwing
ability—he almost throws too many, as Burgmann doesn’t like to
waste pitches and will frequently give hitters too many hittable
offerings inside the zone. His fastball sits in the low 90s but
touches 95 mph, and both his slider and curveball are
above-average offerings. He also has a solid fourth-pitch
changeup. Listed at 6 feet, 205 pounds, Burgmann has a strong,
stocky build without much room for further projection, but he
has a solid trio of pitches and good strike-throwing to
match.
He kind of sounds like Ricky Nolasco.
