If anyone is interested in Cole Hamels, Jake Arrieta, Alex Wood,
or Adam Eaton for draft picks, I would like to upgrade on my
12th rounders.

A question on roster rules. I have Kyle Tucker and his AB make
him ineligible for the minors. If I keep him as one of my 13
keepers and he starts the year in the minors I am able to send
him down as 1 of my 5 minor leaguers at that point then?

Yes. The rule that all of your roster must make the opening day
roster or you lose them excludes your 13. Your 13 keepers are
yours, with the exception that if you have 5 minor leaguers,
someone will have to be dropped. If one of your 13 is DFAed,
then you can only keep them if they're traded. If they become a
FA, you lose them.
