The thing that stood out to me about Trubisky was the missed
opportunities. He had Gabriel wide open, and under no duress
but missed him. The threw short to Robinson, which was the INT.
He threw into double coverage at the goal line and was almost
picked. Plus it seemed like he was forcing things to Robinson,
and throwing low at that. And after watching what Mahomes did
against the Steelers, his passes were spot on the money. I just
hope he can develop a lot more.
The D is fun to watch. Although in the 3rd and 4th when I saw
Kwaitkowski out there I was like whattttt? I think Roquan and
Mack need to get a little more conditioning in. And I still
think that had Roquan not held out, was in shape, and played
more than 8 plays against GB, we win that game.

Mack and Smith were for sure totally gassed. It looked to me
like Mitch has yet to have the game slow down for him. That
said, he got dumped what, once? Kudos the offensive line. No
injuries! I can't get over that. Good punter, good fg kicker, I
think they got the stuff. I'll probably call for the direct
ticket if I get a deal. Bears got fast. I keep forgetting that
this is this guys first HC gig. Plays get in, get run, work, the
sticks go forward, very little on penalties, it was fun to
watch. again. Hell, I might even rummage around in the closet
and pull out the 34 jersey and put it on if I watch. I don't
know why, but it somehow makes sense.

Just remember how bad it was last year...
I'm loving this season so far. It's a learning experience for
       our young QB.
And for those of us who bemoaned our pass rush (or lack of),
that's not an issue any longer.
They're fun to watch. Drink a beer and enjoy watching...

They might as well just make all QBs wear flags and get past
       these roughing interpretations

Gawd, remember the days of Cutler looking at the sideline,
rolling his hands telling the sideline to get the call in?
Rushing to the line with 5 seconds left and hurrying the snap?
Glad to see that this is not looking like the keystone cops on
       getting the play call in.

Up next, the hapless Cards who are darned near in last place on
power rankings. And get this....Bears are sitting at 14th! When
was the last time we saw that??

But power rankings are meaningless... really :D
Until the Bears start being consistently good, I'll always be on
the edge of my seat waiting for that uh-oh moment where you just
know this is going to go south (Arodgers coming back in 2nd half
last week, Chris Conte missing a int to vs GB years ago in the
championship game then shitting the bed and giving up the go
       ahead TD etc etc....)
It will take a few seasons of solid play to I think desensitize
       this traumatized fan......
BTW I was pissed about not showing the Urlacher halftime
presentation instead of some lip-sync shit band of some sort.
But that is ESPN/Disney execs screwing the pooch (as usual). At
least in these days you know you can get it replayed somewhere
       on the web......
