Does that count?
If so, I'll guess every member of the 2011 Cubs. Or does it
have to be whoever was the last guy into the shower? If so,
I'll guess Reed Johnson. Otherwise, I'm sticking with Dave
Smith.

I had to look this up at a site that records all numbers worn by
Cubs. It is a legitimate question.

Terry Adams was number 51.
One of the coaches was wearing 42 when Selig yanked it off his
back. Dave Bialas? Dave Smith had it, and Bob Tewksbury did
too.

Trivia Answer
Deeg is correct.....Dave Smith was the last player to wear
number 42 in 1992. Coach Dan Radison was the last uniformed
member of the Cubs to wear the number in 1997.
