Diamondbacks' Shelby Miller: Headed to DL

Miller (forearm) was placed on the 10-day disabled list Monday,
Jack Magruder of FanRag Sports reports.
After leaving Sunday's game with right forearm tightness, Miller
will now be forced to miss one start at the very least. The next
step will be determining just how severe his injury is, which
could be the difference between having to miss weeks as opposed
to months. After a disappointing first season with the
Diamondbacks, Miller had a slightly-improved start to 2017,
posting a 4.09 ERA and 3.31 FIP in 22.0 innings thus far.

What's the ruling on paternity leave list? Strasburg was put on
it today and apparently won't be making his start tomorrow.

Pirates' Adam Frazier: Sent to DL

Frazier was placed on the 10-day disabled list Monday with a
hamstring strain.
Frazier was hitting .306 with a home run and five RBI through 15
games this season. Pitching prospect Dovydas Neverauskas has
been promoted from Triple-A to fill his roster spot. It's
unclear how long Frazier will be sidelined with the injury,
though more should be known once the Pirates update his status.
For the time being, Jose Osuna should see most of the reps in
right field, but an outside move could be in the making if
Frazier needs to miss extended time.

If the team replaces him on the 25-man roster you may do the
same.

Speculation they are calling up J. Turner to take his place.
Surprised the most he can take is 3 days though. I would have
figured they'd give new dads a week.
