David "Fails" (although Bellamy should've caught that one ball)
and goes 3 and out after the half......
I watched a LOT of 70s-80s football in the offseason and I was
continually reminded how offensively challenged some teams were
(Bears in particular). Expected a better performance at HOME
with the home crowd.....
Addendum... David "Fales" takes a sack for a safety......
Only glum because I watched the other 5 games 1st quarters
(Bears kicked off the latest of the other games) and the Bears
looked like a team that isn't even in the same league as them.
I'm sure Foxy is VERY dissappointed and expect some chippiness
with the NE scrimmages this coming week.......

Slausen wouldn't have made a difference tonight......
Lackluster showing performace all around though. A few flashes
where shown (Floyd had a few pressures and drew at least holding
penalty or two...
LOL. David "Fails" points out the blitz then gets sacked from
the blitz...
Its a talent issue but maybe too much faith in Magazu ? :D

I think Denver is going out of their way to show up Fox. They
are a better team no doubt up and down the roster but the
blitzes are a bit ridiculous for a first pre-season game.

Then its a failure of coaching on Fox to expect it.......
Not a good showing no doubt. But not going to overreact on the
1st PS game. Going to be a depressing week in the press though
as they skewer the Bears though......
If the Bears are truly bad it will show up against the Patriots.
Another butt-kicking like this and it may be time to panic :D

Yeah that sucked but I do believe we have a better team then
what we saw there.
I can still remember Wanny teams tearing it up in preseason and
sucking all season long when it counted.
They have to get better though.

The Oline just flat out blew. They need to come up with some
line consistency.

Not a lot to build on....the back up QB threw some nice passes
and showed some poise dealing with less than ideal snaps...

The guy I thought that had a really nice game ended up getting
carted off. Anyone hear anything on Cornelius Washington? He
and Bullard were very active. The front 7 will be fine. If we
canget McPHee back we'll have nice depth too.
BTW, they should cut the 2 second string guards #67 and #76.

I only watched the first half, saving the second half for
tonight. Or when I can fast forward thru it. Maybe they are
holding back, not showing all of their cards, but it looked like
a hot mess in the first half. I would like to see some
improvement against the Patriots, but seriously I think Belichek
can coach circles around Fox.
