That was not the question. The original request form Tico, was
to move the trading of future major league draft picks from Julu
1st to June 1st.
Your post states that the circle has moved the time frame for
trading minor leaguers from July 1st to June 1st.... what about
the actual issue that was raised... about the major league draft
picks?

Okay, sorry about the confusion. We couldn't move the date of
trading picks to June 1 because it was already set on June 1.
Since the trading of minor leaguers drafted in the last minor
league draft was July 1, we all assumed that's what was being
talked about. I'll poll the group.
