Wow the draft has really sucked for me over the years. Can't
remember the last time I have even kept my draft position let
alone moving up. Thought this year would be different.

I don't think we have ever had a year where all of the top 3
fell to 4-5-6. That was pretty stunning.

Winter meetings are going slower than planned. A number of us
are tied up with things and I will be on the road a lot the next
few days.
On roster issues: The Circle voted to leave everything as is for
now. It's not that we don't see the problem as it was
articulated, we just feel that we do not want to tinker with the
scoring this year, and a move to make a UP spot eligible for
SP's will wreck the pitching/hitting balance again. Oddly, we
had Winter Meetings open for over a week last October, and not
one issue was raised. I think had this been handled then there
would have been a different result. I may be mistaken.
I think this issue needs to be brought up in the fall, so owners
can strategize accordingly.
What issue can we address next that does not involve scoring
changes?

I have a proposal in the Winter Meetings topic dealing with
trades while the draft is ongoing that I wouldn't mind being
brought up.
