Sometimes devout Christians don't know just where to draw the
line in proselytizing.

I put a blue M&M that dropped on the floor along with a piece
of potato chip next to it on my glass topped coffee table that I
was going to throw out on the patio the next day for the birds.
However those little brown ants found the M&M first...
from what I could see they licked all the coating off of the
M&M leaving the chocolate...
no biggie...but then...I started to notice this pile of debris
surrounding the M&M...
those little critters are building up a dirt pile around the
M&M and its still going on!
My guess is they are going to bury it (making a little
mountain) to store it for the future.
The cool part is they are taking the potato chip apart to build
the mountain.
I could brush it off in a second. I dont have the heart to
stop it.
Man I'd feel downright guilty after all the work they are
doing.
I wish I could webcam this to a blog...but I dont have the
setup.
Fuuckin hard workin little critters man. :D ;D :)

Ever since I was a child I have been fascinated with ants. I
used to watch them for hours. Natures garbage men. The hardest
workers ever.

So I called my old friend. He was in the middle of a benefit so
we didn't talk long. He is going to call me back tomorrow
afternoon.
He complimented me on how pretty my girls are and how the one
(my oldest) was getting all kinds of awards. Talked about how
he was glad I called and wanted to catch up. But he also went
into what sounded like a salespitch to me about his internet
mission where he has 1600 members and how he is a minister and
how he works with inner city youth. He was always a bit of a
snake oil salesmen.
I am guessing tomorrow the call will be him wanting me to donate
money to his "church". He used to sell drugs and now it looks
like he is selling "god".
Keys, I am not paranoid just very cynical. This guy was always
working an angle and I suspect he still is.

If God is within you, why would you feel the need to follow
anyone other then yourself?
Just opened up my fifty third storefront church...two more to
go to get the corporate jet. :D
God helps those who help themselves to others wallets. ;D

Two Wolves
One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle
that goes on inside people. He said, "My son, the battle is
between two "wolves" inside us all.
One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed,
arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies,
false pride, superiority, and ego.
The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity,
humility, kindness, benevolence,empathy, generosity, truth,
compassion and faith."
The grand son thought about it for a minute and then asked his
grandfather: "Which wolf wins?"
The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed

Anybody have any experience with a Mitsubishi DLP TV? My
current TV is getting ready to cash it in and Amazon has a 60"
1080p, 120hz 3D ready on sale for $729. Much cheaper than a LCD
of that size. My son has a 55" Toshiba DLP that has an excellent
picture. I know the bulb needs to be replaced after about 2
years but this sounds like a good deal. Thoughts?

The newer DLPs no longer use the bulb that has to be replaced.
Most likely its using LED as a light source.

Keys - I just purchased that exact TV last year prior to the
season. It doesn't have the same clarity that an LCD tv has,
but I think for the price it rocks. If you want the size
without the budget, go for it. I do love the tv and wouldn't
have been able to afford as large of one otherwise.
