Saw that the Beav is in the hospital with what was described as
a stomach virus. Plus saw another article saying he's less than
thrilled with TT's way of getting players. Can you say Ulcer?

Don't really care who we get as long as it improves us now and
in the future. We need another QB, draft one, first third
whatever. Doubt we'll be going anywhere this next year either,
so we simply need to keep building the team one block at a
time.....and a top QB is a darned important block...

as much parity as there is in the league, it only takes a few of
the right guys and we are right back in the mix.
We were only a few points away from the playoffs last year.

I won't completely disagree with your point, dallas. There was
some reason but a lot of GMs would disagree, though.

The disagreement with the GMs probably stemmed with the actual
pick Hundley, not picking the QB position in the 5th round.

There is no way he drops that far... just no way.
if somehow he lasts out of the top 5 (personally i think if he
gets to 3 someone will trade up for him). he will be gone at
9... tampa wont pass that up

I am waiting for someone to post that there are only 10
legitimate first round draftable players. And of course the
Bears draft 11th.

Yeah I found that mock incredible but supposedly there was
concerns that he can handle the left side in the NFL which means
he is a RT in the NFL which has lesser value and the reason he
fell that far. I kinda found that not credible but if that
evaluation is correct then he will fall. While the Bears need a
RT desperately I still don't believe that is their greatest
need. Their need is on the defensive side of the ball. They had
PFF on the Score this morning.
