There are reports out there that La Stella will start at third,
Castro at second, and Bryant in LF.

How about this Jake Arrieta nugget: Since the start of August
269 pitchers have given up 4+ ER in an inning. And Arrieta has
given up 4 ER in 2 months!

If Maddon does that, it's basically getting LaStella into lineup
over Coghlan.
Of course, LaStella has hit a lot better than Coghlan lately.
Maddon is flexible and not one of those "he's been my guy all
season" type of managers. Defensively, Bryant has 5 LF putouts
all season, so who knows defensive impact. Maybe few balls hit
to OF off Arrieta, so defense won't matter either way.

I think I would go with Coghlan for 1) the defensive consistency
(Bryant at third and Coghlan in the OF) and 2) the ability to
use La Stella off the bench, from where he has been killing it,
but I wouldn't be surprised if Joe goes the other way.
