I never watch baseball, except when my kids played ball.... That
being said, I stopped on the Cubs/Cardinals game and couldn’t
believe some of the pitches that guys were swinging at. Stuff we
teach little leaguers not to swing at, they were swinging and
missing!
I will say, that Darvish guy can throw it. He has a lot of
movement on his pitches.

You hit it on the head....Baez, Schwarber, Bryant, Contreas
swing at pitches 2 feet outside of the strike zone - just
suckers for sliders - it's horrific.

Sometimes they let the close ones go by - when the aggressive
hitters can hit balls that are a few inches out of the zone

Getting some Shawon-o-meter flashbacks. Some of the pitches he
hacked at were "juuust a bit outside"

Almora has been really bad this year as well.....I also blame
the new hitting coach.

At least they wont be beat up in the playoffs and shamed. Thats
