Shanahan?

Kelly probably opted for the west coast as he probably has a lot
of ties and fans there. If the deals were similar that's the
reason why not Tennessee. Maybe he also liked the ownership
stability of the 9ers.

Are the Eagles paying him for the next 2 years? SF might have
hired him just to be cheap.

Not sure, but I think if he get's hired by another team then the
Eagles are off the hook
