Good lord. HC's aren't given much time these days are they? 2
yrs max, then BANG! Course, they all can salve the wounds of
firing with there millions they still get. Tough gig.

franchise QB???
Actually, Winston had a nice year - threw for over 4000 yards -
not many rookie QBs have done that.
And who would want any head coach developing a QB? Much of any
head coach's success is due to his assistants and his GM.

I heard Tomsula got the full 14 + million for one year of work.
Not a bad gig considering he was living in his car with his dog,
cat, and a litter box over 20 years ago.

TB GM Licht jus did a press conference. He said something to the
effect hat he called Lovie and old him Joel wanted to meet with
him and that it didn't look good for him. He said Lovie told him
to they didn't need to meet, that he would rather not meet in
person. I almost got the impression that Licht wanted Lovie to
stay another year, he seemed a little emotional about it. I mean
their offense did pretty good this year which has been an issue
for Lovie. Another high draft pick and he could have had a
decent defense.

Could Lovie fit back in with Chicago Bears as D.C. ?
Probably no.
Fangio inherited a left over defense from the last regime and
has tried to make a go of it ,despite all matters.
So he will be given another year.
Lovie could turn up on the radar anywhere as a D.C.
Even rarer would be H.C. anywhere.
