Lemmy's last live performance was on 12-11-2015.
Jammin to the end !
Never knew he was with Hawkwind ... somebody gave me their
first album a few years back and the vocals with him singing
make sense now , didn't know it was him at the time.

Jackie, you da man. When I was a college student at NIU in the
80s I used to go to a bar called Andys Tap. They had a band
called the DeKalb Footstompers, who had a guy who played tuba,
another guy on banjo, a drummer and a guitar player. We used to
request this song, and they nailed it, and we would be banging
our beer bottles in time with the drummer on the bar or counter.
Then they would play when the saints go marching in and
everyone would follow the band outside and down the street. Ah
the good old days.
