Length of commercials certainly have stretched out the game.
But I think the biggest thing by far has been the use of
multiple mid-inning pitching changes.
[/quote]What I don't understand is why they don't use the
technology of doing a split screen to end the commercial and
begin the half inning. When the pitcher is ready to go, you
split the screen and fade out the commercial as it ends. Why is
it an either/or?

Muskat tweeted that Schwarber is the back-up catcher today. So
he should get some time behind the plate, and tomorrow fangraphs
can post a 1,200 word piece on his framing in a 3-inning spring
training stint.

Wow, Lake! I totally forgot about him and him possibly being a
bench player.

Baseball!!! Lester sounding good. These Reds announcers are
really really anti-cub and tough to listen to.

Lester faced the minimum with help from a 6-4-3. Very solid and
overpowering performance.

Reds announcers make a comment that a company that specializes
in bathroom fixtures has naming rights to their park is fitting
since their seasons have been in the dumper.

Schwarber hits a vicious line drive caught by a leaping first
baseman.
Almora with his first at bat, a strike out.
