Wow, two posts? We need to get some life in here - that was
quite a game.
Eminently predictable - the Bulls were going to come out tight,
and in the playoffs you're going to pay for having two
half-a-players and one no-player at SG. They're not going to
guard Bogans at all, and Brewer only when he's at the rim. The
Bulls were lucky to steal this one at the end - Thibs is a
creature of habit and he's gotten away with it all season, but
sticking with Bogans for the first 10 minutes of the third
buried them in a deep hole. Whatever his defensive lapses,
Korver is going to need to be out there most of the time, and
not just in the 4th quarter. And frankly, he's nowhere near as
bad defensively as some think he is.
OTOH, it's hard to believe Indy has anything more than this in
the tank - this was their best shot. They were unconscious from
3 and Hansborough had the shooting game of his life. But the
Bulls finished 16-1 on Rose's brilliance and their great D
finally showing up. For all their ridiculous shooting Indy
still didn't get to 100 and the Bulls still won. This has to do
an awful lot for their confidence, stealing this one and getting
it out of the way.

To be honest, I had given up and turned off the TV. Luckily, I
was able to watch the last few minutes four hours later on DVD.

Other than Dwight Howard the Magic are pretty horrible. When he
leaves Orlando after next year I'm done with the NBA.

I've been a Magic fan (after the Bulls of course) since they
came in as an expansion team. I was really pissed when Shaq left
but with Howard I wouldn't blame him a bit. Otis Smith has done
nothing to bring in any help for Howard. He traded away his crap
players only to bring in more crap. He's in over his head and if
I were Howard I would bolt too.

Uh.... it didn't like them.
At all.
Interestingly, it reduces all of them to four asterisks, even
though the 5th one had 10 letters and the 6th one 12. I am
betting that it also doesn't let me use the three letter word
for donkey, and that it converts those three letters into four
asterisks.
Let's see.
