This would be almost perfect if when you hit "next" it only took
you to unread topics. It would be about as WC-like as possible
then.
Experimenting last night, it also tends to take you to the next
topic even if there are posts left to read in the topic you're
in.

Couple of practical questions:
1. Is there an easy/automatic way for it to recognize where to
pick up from my last view? Is the best way to click the "last
post" column, see which threads have been most recently active,
and then go into the last page? Or is there some setting
someplace where I can have it pick up automatically in a topic
from the last time I viewed?
In other words, if I'm showing 10 posts per page, there are 100
posts, I've ready the first 65 but not the last 35, there isn't
a button or a setting which will automatically put me on page 7
where post 65 will be and where I last viewed, is there? I'd
either guess, or just go to the last post, and then perhaps work
my way backwards?
2. There is a "new posts" button from the home "general
Category" page, but there is not a "new posts" button within the
"bleacher bums" subtopic, correct?
3. I assume there is not a way to focus new posts to a specific
sub-forum (for example BBF rather than Bears and BBFL), or to
specific sub-sub-forums (in my case for example Farm, 2011, and
Around Baseball....)?
It looks extremely functional. As JR notes, having the "search"
capability will be quite nice. And the quote button is awesome.
4. Question in advance: Does anybody know how multiple quotes
will work? In other words, if JR quotes DaveP, and then I quote
JR: Will just JR's comments get copied into my post, or will
DaveP's quoted quote also be carried along?

Any chance one of you admins can add the tapatalk plugin so that
we can view the board on tapatalk on a smartphone?

Found another useful thing in Profile -> Look and Layout: you
can change the number of posts per page. The maximum is 50; I
chose that.

Thanks, Cactus. That sounds like a exactly what I want. Only,
I'm not sure I've seen such a thing. Looks supremely
convenient. OK, hey, now I went and checked and I did see one.
I'll have to watch for this once there gets to be more action.
I'll have to get used to the details on that and how/when they
show up. But thanks a lot, this looks like it will be really
good and perhaps better than WC.
