How do you turn off the notification that there have been new
posts since you started typing your reply?
It's a little annoying when lots of people are posting in
Today's Game and the forum stops you and asks if you really want
to post just because some other people have replied while you
were preparing your post.

That's a setting you can turn off in "Look and Layout," Tuffy.
Check the box for "Don't warn on new replies made while
posting."

Just looked through the admin settings on my board and can't
find a setting for the "previous/next" thing. It's there on my
board, though.

I have IE6 (dont laugh), so I cant answer that one...
I think it's great that everyone is helping each other out with
the little idiosyncracies and nuances of the new board...thanks
to everyone for for smoothing the transition!

I don't bother with IE anymore. I've been using Google Chrome
for months and love it.

I tried Chrome and found it to be very user friendly but, I
returned to IE as I'm used to its format. Newest Firefox upgrade
wasn't compatible with ISP and Security add-ons so I returned to
the previous upgrade...
