Re: division play. The only reason we are divided into
divisions is that CBS sort of arranges things that way. We can
do it, but it probably would need to suspend play like August
31. Then we'd have to figure out how to distinguish points
thereafter. We aren't set up to be head to head. OTOH, it
would mean that there would be better participation all season
by all owners.
Re: posting of draft order. Yes. 82, can you do it?
Re: punishing owners who don't move players, either minor
leaguers or DLed guys. Agree. We will be on top of that
better. I think the only hammer we really have is to make the
moves for the owners whether they like it or not.
Re:2015 draft picks. I have always told people it is
discouraged for the reasons listed. It kills a team for any new
owner. Next winter meetings I would entertain a motion to make
the trading of picks for the next year illegal until May 15 or
so. That doesn't solve the problem but lessens the CubsfanSteve
syndrome.
I'm on break and can't respond to everything right now.

Like the ideas for the divisions but I think Boris should be in
the west. I think we should move teams around so that they make
more since based on where they live
