Jones has stiff competition from Webb and Lindstrom. That's a
risky move. Hope he scores 700 points for you though...

Hey thanks. That's a pick that makes me awfully nervous,
though. He just seems to have the most upside of the relievers
available, and I didn't see any position players or starting
pitchers I really wanted to take.

Yeah that's true. I just hope talent wins out.
Lindstrom's had his chances to close in other places before, and
he also doesn't strike a lot of batters out. Webb's only been
good in the minors for one season and walked a handful of guys
in the minors, so I hoping he's not ready for prime time just
yet.
I think the biggest concern I have is if they'd rather have the
flexibility to use Jones in the 7th or 8th innings instead of
relegating him to 3 run leads in the 9th.

I think he'll be the closer... at Charlotte. Whoever gave you
